Our pricing & what it includes



April, May & June  - Saturday events $6800*  /   Friday & Sunday events $5800

August - Saturday events $6300   /  Friday & Sunday events $5300


September, October and  November- Saturday events $6800* / Friday & Sunday events $5800


Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend days are $6800


                         * For these peak dates , we give priority booking consideration for clients wanting full event and floral design support

Includes:

  • Venue access from 10 am-11 pm (for up to a 6-hour event)
  • Full on-site 'Day of' Coordination - to ensure every detail is flawlessly executed and effortless for our clients 
  •  Choice of several Ceremony Sites ; The Big Oak, overlooking The Confluence, The Gazebo or perhaps somewhere else?
  •  40 x 100 Reception Tent (4000 sq ft.) for up to 250 guests (depending on Head Table). 

             Tent includes a 20x20’ dance floor and perimeter lighting

  •  20x20’ Catering Tent with walls and lighting
  • Deluxe VIP Restroom Trailer with 3 stalls each side, running water, flushing toilets, heated or A/C and can stream wifi music
  • Planning & Vendor Coordination to help you through the process of renting your tables, chairs, linens, china, etc.

          from Premier Rentals, (our exclusive rental vendor), and to help you select and secure all your wedding vendors - caterers, bar service, floral,                             entertainment, photography, baker, etc., and creates your layout for your seating chart, and works through your timeline and all the details for you day.

  • Changing room for bride and bridesmaids to put their dresses on.
  • Outdoor bandstand with tables and seating overlooking the Sunken Garden for groomsmen
  • also an evening the week of your wedding to do a 1 hour ceremony rehearsal at no charge
  • also a day to come out with your photographer to do 'Save the Date' or engagement photos (please schedule time with us)
  • hour event design meeting to help with your vision for the day
  • So many scenic backdrops and gorgeous places for photos that it's a little ridiculous :-)


 
We believe that by giving you a full day access to a gorgeous property that is not only close by, entirely private (we are not open to the public and we only host one event per day), and with tent and restrooms included, we are able to guarantee you the freedom to choose what makes sense for your own price and style.

Our Vendor Coordinator will happily get you started on a wedding budget spreadsheet, guest counts, layout options and help you decide your timeline, ceremony details, diagrams, as well as set all your tasting appointments, time to choose your rental selections, flatware, plates, glasses, linen colors and such.
