Our pricing & what it includes



May, June, August, September & October  - Saturday events $6500*  /   Friday & Sunday events $5500

Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend days are $6500 (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)


                         * For these peak dates , we give priority booking consideration for clients wanting full event and floral design support through us.

Includes:

  • Venue access from 10 am-11 pm (for up to a 6-hour event)*
  • Full on-site 'Day of' Coordination - to ensure every detail is flawlessly executed and effortless for our clients 
  •  Choice of several Ceremony Sites ; The Big Oak, overlooking The Confluence, The Gazebo or perhaps somewhere else?
  •  40 x 100 Reception Tent (4000 sq ft.) for up to 230 guests (depending on Head Table). 

             Tent includes a 20x20’ dance floor and perimeter lighting

  •  20x20’ Catering Tent with walls and lighting
  • Deluxe VIP Restroom Trailer with 3 stalls each side, running water, flushing toilets, heated or A/C and can stream wifi music
  • Full Planning & Vendor Coordination to help you through the process of renting your tables, chairs, linens, china, etc.

          from Premier Rentals, (our exclusive rental vendor), and to help you select and secure all your wedding vendors - caterers, bar service, floral,                             entertainment, photography, baker, etc., and creates your layout for your seating chart, and works through your timeline and all the details for you day.

  • Bridal Changing Room for bride to put wedding dress on.
  • Outdoor bandstand with tables and seating overlooking the Sunken Garden for groomsmen
  • also an evening the week of your wedding to do a 1 hour ceremony rehearsal at no charge
  • also a day to come out with your photographer to do 'Save the Date' or engagement photos (please schedule time with us)
  • hour event design meeting to help with your vision for the day
  • So many scenic backdrops and gorgeous places for photos that it's a little ridiculous :-)


 
We believe that by giving you exclusive access to a gorgeous property that is not only close by, entirely private (we are not open to the public and we only host one event per day), and with tent and restrooms included, we are able to guarantee you the freedom to choose what makes sense for your own price and style.


Please check out our Exclusive & Preferred Vendors tab above as we have put together a great list of caterers and bar service providers from which to choose the offerings for your reception.  


Our venue rental includes event planning support throughout the planning process; creating a wedding budget spreadsheet & tracker for our clients, event layout, timeline, Premier rental order as well as recommending vendors helping set meetings with bar and catering providers, tasting appointments, and finalizing your orders with vendors and your rental selections, flatware, plates, glasses, linen colors and all your event needs. Our pricing also includes full 'Day of' event management services.


We offer lots of fun add on services in the way of activities to make your event unforgettable (please ask us for a list of extra services)
